How to plan your wedding with intention and mindfulness

Congrats! You’ve met your person and now you are engaged!!!! I am SO thrilled for you two as you start the next chapter of your life.

Wedding planning can be a stressful experience for most couples, between all the decisions, planning, family dynamics, finances, and general life admin. BUT, if you approach it with intention and mindfulness, wedding planning can also be an enjoyable experience that brings you two closer together in your relationship.

With many things in life, including wedding planning, things can become stressful if you let it. That’s where intentionality and mindfulness comes into play. By bringing in these two things into your wedding planning experience, you can experience much more ease, joy, and fun throughout the process AND create a wedding that looks and FEELS good to you both as a couple.

I’ve combined my years of experience in the wedding industry (as well as working in events and conferences) with my training and education in somatics/healing work as well as being a holistic esthetician to create the The Mindful Wedding Planning Guide, which you can grab here.

I hope you find the guide supportive as you embark on your mindful wedding planning journey and if you have any questions along the way, please reach out. Happy planning!
