For couples who have started planning and want support with specific vendors, decisions, and logistics along the way.
This is a collaborative approach where we divide responsibilities intentionally. You remain actively involved in planning, while we step in to support key areas—such as select vendor sourcing and management, logistics, and timeline development.
We provide thoughtful guidance, professional perspective, and hands-on support where it matters most—helping you make confident decisions while creating a wedding that feels cohesive, intentional, and welcoming for you and your guests.

Rather than redesigning what's already been planned, we review your wedding through both a design and guest experience lens—evaluating visual details, guest flow, and the overall experience while identifying thoughtful opportunities to strengthen cohesion and ensure everything feels intentional before we step into execution.

We'll thoughtfully review everything you've planned—from your design selections and vendor proposals to the guest experience, event flow, and meaningful moments you've envisioned. Design Support
For couples who want more collaborative creative guidance.
If you're looking for additional support, we'll help develop your design direction from the ground up—collaborating on creative decisions, sourcing select vendors and décor elements, and bringing your vision together in a cohesive and meaningful way.
Once the vision is refined, we transition into wedding management—confirming logistics, coordinating vendors, leading your rehearsal, and overseeing your wedding day so you can relax, be fully present, and enjoy every moment.

Hotel Room Block Sourcing & Guest Accommodation Coordination
We offer complimentary hotel room block sourcing for all couples, whether or not you’re working with us for planning. This service is designed for couples who want their out-of-town guests thoughtfully taken care of - without added stress.
Leveraging trusted hotel partnerships, we handle outreach, negotiations, and coordination to secure convenient, well-priced accommodations, allowing you to focus on the celebration itself.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Lisa! I’m an Austin-based event planner and producer who genuinely loves bringing big ideas, lots of moving pieces, and people together to create something great.
I’ve worked behind the scenes as a coordinator, florist, and catering manager, and I’ve planned and produced everything from weddings and private events to conferences, corporate gatherings, and large-scale event experiences. I understand what it takes to keep a project moving, work well with vendors and teams, and stay calm when something inevitably changes along the way.
I’m a Planner Life Academy-trained planner, and my background in wellness, marketing, hospitality, and events has shaped the way I work. I listen closely, pay attention to the details, and care about making the process feel organized, collaborative, and manageable — not overwhelming.
I also have a background as a Somatic Practitioner and Licensed Esthetician, and I’m the creator of The Dating Reset and founder of The Elevated Esthetician. Those chapters of my career taught me a lot about people, communication, service, and creating experiences that make people feel cared for — things I bring with me into every event.
At the end of the day, I want to be the person you can trust to listen, figure things out, keep things moving, and make the whole process easier (and a lot more fun!)

What started with weddings has grown into a broader event and production business — supporting celebrations, corporate events, retreats, conferences, brand experiences, and everything in between. The common thread is simple: good people, a lot of moving pieces, and a desire to create something that matters.
Based in Austin, Texas, Imperfectly Planned brings a calm, hands-on approach to every project. We listen to what matters most, stay close to the details, and work alongside clients, vendors, and teams to keep things moving without making the process feel overwhelming.

Yes! I offer complimentary initial consultations, and I usually prefer to meet in person over coffee, tea, or dessert (on me!). I’m also happy to connect virtually or by phone if that’s easier.
