A Wedding Venue Like No Other: Villa Antonia in Texas Hill Country
Nestled in the rolling hills just northwest of Austin, Villa Antonia is a very special Texas Hill country wedding venue (one of the Bachelorette couples got married here!). With its old-world stone architecture and sweeping views of the Texas Hill country, it truly feels like a true Mediterranean escape - all without ever leaving Texas. It was the perfect backdrop for a sustainable based, greenery-heavy design that our team at Imperfectly Planned had the honor to create.
Creating a Sustainable Wedding Seating Chart Display
When it comes to wedding design, we believe every detail should reflect the couple’s values and vision. For this wedding, our bride and groom wanted an eco-conscious, natural, but elegant look - and we delivered with a seating chart display that guests are still raving about!
The display featured:
Clay pots filled with organic greenery and airy plants
Natural paper textiles sourced from Etsy and hand-written lettering directly on some of the clay pots for the seating assignments
Charming picture frames to complement the venue’s old-world stone architecture and romantic aesthetic
Each element of the seating chart was carefully curated to feel natural, effortless, and in complete harmony with the surroundings. This is at the core of intentional design: thoughtful, elevated, and cohesive with the overall event space.
